Before we talk, we want to understand.

Ten questions about your membership records, your fee collection and your statutes. Answer them here at your own pace, or use them to prepare for a conversation. Nothing is mandatory — every answer makes the conversation more concrete.

About ten minutes. You can stop in between — until you send, your answers stay in this browser on this device. On a shared computer: there is a button below to clear them.

Step 1 of 7First: who are you?

Step 2 of 7How you administrate today

1. What do you use today to keep your membership list — and which part of it costs you the most time?

Spreadsheets, index cards and an old club program all count. We want to know what actually runs, not what was once decided.

2. How do you collect membership fees today — and who does it?

Direct debit, transfer, cash in the clubhouse, or all of it side by side. If it depends on one person, say so — that is exactly where the risk starts.

Step 3 of 7Fee collection

3. Do you have a creditor identifier for SEPA direct debits?

The number is free from the German Bundesbank. Without it no club can collect — not even with the best software. If it is missing, we will tell you how to get it.

4. How is your fee schedule structured, and when do you bill?

Fee categories, family discounts, joining fees, honorary members. And: what happens when somebody joins in March — do they pay the whole year, or from March?

Step 4 of 7The club and its routine

5. How is your club structured — and who should be able to see what in the admin panel?

With us, a coach sees their own teams plus the dates that concern the whole club. If that has to be different for you, now is the time to say so.

6. How do your members find out about dates today, and how do they respond?

Notice board, round-robin email, a WhatsApp group, word of mouth. We ask because a portal that does not replace the existing route would only be one more channel.

Step 5 of 7Charitable status and approval

7. Are you recognised as charitable, and do you issue donation receipts?

If so: who prepares them today, and how? For sports clubs, membership fees are not deductible — we set that up accordingly rather than leaving you the choice and the liability.

8. Who in the club would have to approve a new system — and what would their biggest objection be?

The general meeting, the board, the auditors, the federation's data protection officer. Give us the objection unfiltered; we will answer it in writing so you can pass it on.

Step 6 of 7Working together

9. What do you spend per year today on club software and bank charges?

A ballpark is enough. It helps us propose a price that fits your reality rather than a price list.

10. Which two or three clubs do you talk to regularly — and would you introduce us there if the system convinces you?

Only if it fits for you. We ask early so that nobody is surprised later.

Introduction possible?

Step 7 of 7The design partner offer

The design partner offer

The first year free of charge or nominal — in return, agreed in writing: regular feedback, data access for migrating your records, a named case study after the first complete fee run, and at least two introductions to clubs you know.
