This page explains, in plain words, what happens to the data you enter here. It covers clubbasecloud.com and the ten questions — not the Club Base Cloud software itself, which each club operates on its own account.

Who is responsible

What we collect

Only what you type into the form: your name, role, club, country, approximate number of members, email address, optionally phone and website, and your answers to the ten questions. We do not use tracking scripts, advertising pixels or analytics cookies on this site.

Why we collect it

To prepare a conversation about whether Club Base Cloud fits your club, and to answer you. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box, and our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you started.

Where it goes

Your answers are sent by email to our own mailbox and stored in our own customer system, which we host ourselves in Europe. They are not shared with any third party, not sold, and not used for advertising. Payment processing does not occur here, so no payment data is involved.

Server logs

Our hosting provider records the usual access data (IP address, time, requested page, browser) for security and error analysis. These logs are deleted after a short retention period and are not merged with your form answers.

How long we keep it

As long as the conversation is live, and at most 24 months after our last contact — unless a contract comes out of it, in which case commercial retention rules apply. You can ask us to delete everything sooner, and we will.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, receive a copy in a portable format, or withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. One email to hallo@clubbasecloud.com is enough. If you are in the EU or the UK, you may also complain to your supervisory authority.

No external resources, no tracking

This site loads nothing from anyone else. No fonts from Google, no analytics, no advertising pixels, no cookie banner — because there is nothing to consent to. Everything the page needs comes from clubbasecloud.com, and the browser's own security policy on this site permits nothing else. Your browser therefore never contacts a third party while you read this.
